Joe's Crab Shack

Early in 2010 I was in my bedroom playing on my practice pad when a Crab named Joe challenged me for control of my room. He waltzed right up to me from under my bed and issued the challenge. A great battle commenced. Underwear was thrown. Limbs lost. But in the end the Acet (Kosraen for white person) triumphed and Joe was out on the street looking for a new place to rest his tired claws.

Casulties

Say it ain't so Joe.

Christmas Pictures

It has been a long time since I have had access to internet to update my blog. I apologize if you have been checking for updates often. Here are some pictures that were taken over Christmas day. Over 12 groups marched during the day. Each group would march for an average of 20-40 minutes singing up to 6 songs. Malem is divided into 3 subsections (Walunga, Midtown, and Yatta) Each subsection had a group march. The senior citizens, womens group, sunday school teachers, and small kids were some of the other groups that marched. I participated with 3 groups: Walunga, Kosrae-Pingelap, and KlavaKlavasru.
